Return and Exchange Policy and Terms: Dear customer, thank you for choosing one of our products, and out of our keenness, we ask that you be aware of the following terms: In case of return or exchange, contact will be made through the communication tools mentioned in the store (WhatsApp – call – email). Adeed Electricity Store for Lighting bears the shipping costs in case of return or exchange according to the following:
- If it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect or malfunction in any part of the product or it does not work.
- If the product sent to the customer does not match the ordered product.
The product must be returned within 3 days from the day of receipt, and the replacement must be made within 7 days from the day of receipt, with the product in its original box without damage.
In case the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or error, the sold goods that meet the above conditions can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date the customer received the goods. After we, Adeed Electricity Store, receive the product in its original condition, you can choose one of the following options:
- Refund the product value via bank transfer, which takes 5 working days.
- Exchange the product with another product of the same value.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and user manual. No exchange or return is accepted if the original packaging is opened.
A 3% deduction will be made from the returned order that was made through Tabby and Tamara according to Tamara and Tabby policies.
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return or exchange according to the following:
- If the customer decides not to want the product or decides to exchange it for another product.
- In this case, the goods will be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date the customer received the goods, and the refunded amount will be transferred via bank transfer within 5 working days from the date Adeed Electricity Store receives the return.
- In case of exchange, it will be for the same value as the returned item.
Cases exempt from return or exchange:
- Not sending the original invoice with the returned goods.
- Products with damaged original packaging or that have been modified in any way from their original state.
- Goods that have been assembled previously at the customer’s request.
- Products that have been unboxed at the customer’s request.

Dear customer, we apologize for not committing to the warranty for our products if misuse is proven as follows:
- Products that operate on 220V electrical line and have been used on 110V line.
- Bulbs that operate on 12V and have been used directly on 110-220V lines.
- Products intended for indoor use but used outdoors.
- Products with wires connected incorrectly or in reverse.
The price does not include bulbs.
There are assembly fees for chandeliers.
